Unused Original Backjacks may be returned for full purchase price (buyer pays for return shipping).
Special order colors:
BackJacks in special-order colors ship within about 7 business days.
Special orders cannot be cancelled once the order is placed. Unused special-order products may be returned for a refund of the purchase price less 10% (buyer pays return shipping).
Orders of 3 or more BackJacks are usually drop-shipped from the factory within 7 days. Call us to discuss faster delivery or your special needs.

Tuff Duck fabric, a polyester fabric with a special coating, is stitched with nylon thread and is more resistant to stains, is water repellent (not water proof), and hand washable. It will sustain rougher use indoors and outdoors than the cotton duck fabric.
All BackJack products are now available in black, forest green, navy, and purple Tuff Duck fabric.
Cotton Duck fabric should not be washed. It can be spot cleaned on the frame.

We keep four cotton duck colors in stock: black, burgundy, forest green, and navy. Other colors can be special ordered (see below.)
